This notice explains how nowmake handles personal information when you visit this website, contact us or send a project enquiry.

Who is responsible
nowmake is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@nowmake.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you send the Start a Project form, you may provide:
- your name and email address;
- your business, brand or project name and website or social links;
- the service and starting offer you selected;
- project descriptions, existing materials, asset links, deadlines and budget range; and
- optional ChatGPT conversation links or context you choose to include.
Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for the project.
If they are present directly in the /start page address, the form also records UTM campaign parameters. It records the current Start a Project page address and the immediate referring page reported by your browser. nowmake does not use cookies, sessionStorage or localStorage to preserve attribution between pages.
The website’s hosting and form providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested page, referrer and security logs.
When you attempt a form submission, the Formspree client also sends the page-load time and whether browser automation is detected. This supports submission handling and spam or security checks.
Why we use it

nowmake does not currently use enquiry details for newsletters, behavioural advertising or automated decision-making.
Who receives the information
nowmake uses a small number of service providers:
- Formspree receives, filters and stores form submissions and sends enquiry notifications. Formspree acts as a processor for the submitted information.
- Vercel hosts and delivers the static website and may process routine network, security and request-log information.
- Microsoft 365 processes email used to receive and respond to enquiries.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, or to professional advisers when reasonably necessary. It is not sold.
International transfers
Formspree operates infrastructure in the United States, and Vercel and Microsoft may process information in countries outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, the relevant provider’s transfer terms and safeguards apply, such as an adequacy regulation, standard contractual clauses and the UK international data transfer addendum, as applicable.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client work are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted unless there is a clear reason to keep them for longer.
If you become a client, relevant project, contract and accounting records may be kept for up to 6 years after the relationship ends, or longer where the law requires it. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you the right to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Complaints
Please contact nowmake first if you have a concern. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk.
Cookies and similar technologies
At the date of this notice, nowmake does not set cookies or use browser storage, analytics, advertising pixels or similar technologies to track visitors. The site will review this position and update its information and consent controls before introducing technology that requires consent.
